— Je pense que la facade sud de notre bâtiment pourrait être entièrement bardée de ces panneaux.

— Nous pourrions utiliser du verre photovoltaïque qui s'intègre parfaitement aux surfaces vitrées tout en conservant cette transparence que les gens aiment tant.

— We could use photovoltaic glass that integrates perfectly with glazed surfaces while maintaining the transparency people love so much.

De plus, nous pourrions maintenir la structure en bois pour le reste de la facade.

Moreover, we could keep the wooden structure for the rest of the facade.

Les essences locales comme le pin ou le bouleau se marient bien avec la technologie que nous désirons incorporer.

Local species like pine or birch blend well with the technology we wish to incorporate.

— Et concernant les matériaux de construction, que penses-tu de l'utilisation du béton bio?

— And regarding construction materials, what do you think about using bio-concrete?

J'ai pensé à des espaces modulables qui utilisent des matériaux recyclables.

I've thought about modular spaces that use recyclable materials.

Les meubles pourraient être fabriqués à partir de composites de bois recyclé.

The furniture could be made from recycled wood composites.

Pour le sol, je pensais à la terre cuite, mais pas n'importe laquelle : celle qui est produite localement de manière artisanale, suggère Ingrid.

For the flooring, I was thinking of terracotta, but not just any kind: the kind produced locally in an artisanal manner, Ingrid suggests.

— C'est ambitieux, mais si quelqu'un peut le faire, c'est bien nous, conclut Johan en riant doucement.

— It's ambitious, but if anyone can do it, it's us, Johan concludes with a soft laugh.
